I also think the first pictures are of a Rhododendron. I believe the last one is a variegated hydrangea, not Weigela..
Here's my variegated Weigela and a database picture of the Hydrangea. Weigela has a creamy variegation, whereas the Hydrangea's is a clean white.
In either case, it appears you'll find out one way or another in the Spring.
