From the other items visible in the photos, I would guess this is a 4 inch pot. I am sticking with baby palm of some sort.
You can cut the yellow tips off to make your plant look nicer. Don't leave it sitting in water as that will encourage root rot and palms are very susceptible to salt burn so rinsing water through is a good idea.
Don't put it in direct sun (bright light is good) until we figure out what kind of palm.
