I use it for everything indoors! Cacti, succulents, dragon trees, yucca trees, chillie plants! The amount you use depends on what you are growing! Some of my plants are in coir and perlite only. Coir doesn't hold alot of nutrients so its a good substrate for those kinda plants that do not need alot fertilizer. Its similar to peat but overall a much better product.
