I use raw honey, organic palm sugar or Lucuma (made from fruit) in very small amounts to sweeten just slightly. I've been on a low-sugar regimen so long my body adjusted and if I do try to eat or drink anything very sweet it tastes horrible to me. My deceased grandfather was diabetic and lost one leg from that, but so far nobody else in the family has had it.
I would feel more optimistic about a bright future for man if he spent less time proving that he can outwit Nature and more time tasting her sweetness and respecting her seniority. E. B.White
Integrity can never be taken. It can only be given, and I wasn't going to give it up to these people. Gary Mowad
