Rolling on the floor laughing over it all.

We made ham for Thanksgiving dinner and one of my cousins uses a recipe that calls for orange marmalade as part of the glaze. Pretty good!!''

Baked whole ham
15lb ham on bone (cheap Ham)
1 ½ cups of Orange Marmalade
1 cup Dijon mustard
1 ½ packed brown sugar
Whole cloves
Trim hard outer skin & excess fat (I freeze this & use for Ham & beans later).
Put in a large roasting pan and score criss cross pattern.
Roast at 300 degrees for 2 hours then remove from oven &increase heat to 350 degrees while you mix the above ingredients.
Stud ham with cloves and each scored cross.
Brush entire ham surface with glaze. Brush 3 more times during cooking (about every 20 minutes or so)
Cook another 1 ½ hrs.
Cool for 30 minutes and serve.

If not using a bone in ham, skip the trimming part. You will probably have to adjust your cook times a bit too.
Enjoy! If ham already sliced skip the cloves.
