Had some more beauties open over the last few days, these are the best of them:
Best Regards, (I hope so anyway). This plant is a reliable bloomer every year and such a nice colour.
Chorus Girl. I think this one is definitely true to it's label. For me, it flowered when only a small plant and then it produces lots of buds every year, so it's one of my favourites. I love the intense colours on this, pity a snail or something ate one of the petals this year!
First Prom, another favourite, lovely pink. I only get one bloom a year but it's worth it. It's still a very small plant.
Kiwi Honey Moon, a new one for me and a nice surprise, small but very pretty, lemon yellow outer with creamy yellow inner petals and it produced 3 blooms at once on a very young plant!
Lemon Custard, a truly elegant flower, MUCH nicer than this pic. It didn't last long this year, so I didn't get a chance to take a better pic in different lighting. Maybe next year.
This was supposed to be a cutting of Pink Perfection but it does not look like Pink Perfection to me, so yet another NOID. But I love the shape and the colour of the flower, so it's a keeper too.
Lastly, Romantic Night, a new one for me and a lovely surprise. It is much nicer than I expected. I love the shape and the intense colours, so I will be propagating this one too. I have yet to confirm that it matches the official description of Romantic Night - it doesn't look much like other pics of Romantic Night I found on the web. If anyone else is growing this hybrid, could you please comment on this pic and let me know what you think? Thanks.
