I bought Jedi Brenda Spann (JBS) more than 15 years ago but unfortunately I planted it in a poor location. I have never seen it bloom but it has survived, barely. I am trying to recover a substantial number of cultivars that I have neglected terribly and it is one of them. What I can say about it is that it survives zone 4 winters and heavy weed infestations but does require good garden growing conditions to thrive and flower.
If I am successful in getting JBS to recover it should bloom in two to three years. I will then be able to post a more informative description.
