Yup, rain lilies.
At my house, I would have them planted in the ground.
I don't know about Maryland, but seems likely they would be happy in a flowerbed there too.
I would leave them be.
In the spring, maybe add some compost on top of soil.... If you don't just set them out.

Hmm hardy to zone 8a.
So... Maybe don't leave them out. Can't you just place the pots in the garage, or under the house?

Just retread your post...
They should be fine in the window... Should bloom all winter.
Shouldnt need to go dormant... Tropical.
