Freezer on the bottom sounds great - I have that in our house and love it. We're so used to tiny tiny that anything will be an upgrade for us. My dad's old 5th wheel had an interesting layout - the bathroom was just in the main bedroom area with a pocket door closing it off from the living area. Seemed like a better use of space. I really wish we would have kept that unit, but alas...
