I planted 3 clumps in Spring or early Summer 2014. Here is a photo of one plant in November 2014 (behind the Amsonia, which is still thriving). I can't remember for sure whether any survived Winter 2014-15, although I vaguely recall that one or two may have. None came up this year, that's for sure.

They were all planted on the steep hill in my backyard, in what was probably well-amended soil and should have been reasonably well-drained, and I probably mulched them.
