I did my exercise yesterday for 75 minutes. I took today off because DH went for groceries and he calls often checking to see if the item is correct or which one I want, love cell phones.

Then I help bring the groceries in from the garage and bring the lighter container up stairs and put everything away. I also cleaned out the fridge, and my bathroom, so I did get exercise.
