Yeah, Sandy, both extremes is difficult to deal with. The difference is that we can only take off so many clothes when it is so hot and humid it takes your breath away. We have indecent exposure laws here. At least with cold, you can layer as much as you want. You might not be able to move and will look like a snowman, but layering works.
