Yup...you could love it or hate it but while it is not comfortable ...the airways are reacting just like nature intends...it is counter to what feels good but those airways ain't liking something. If you go out for a walk..make yourself a " gator " from polartech ..the fabric is inexpensive. It doesn't unravel. Just cutbyourself a rectangle.. 12 inches by maybe 20-24 and sew two ends together ... the resulting circle must fit over your head. ... when you walk pull it up over your mouth and over the bridge of your nose. It warms the air you breathe but it is very breathable ...it won't take effort or work to breathe thru. Polartech... polar fleece ....like a infant sleeper material. You will find you don't cough or tighten as much.
