Ginny squirrels are my nemesis. There's a bazillion acorns in my yard, go get them! Last year was my first year to plant tulips and I added daffs in and around the bed. And I know it's a no no but the moth balls came out to do their duty. And they do work. I however don't use them in my pots, but I guess I might have to.

Dave I have a mini fridge downstairs, that I store bulbs until I'm ready to use them. A few soft drinks in there but no fruit! Smiling

Jack so are you saying that after they bloom, die back, you just leave them in the pot until you are ready to plant in the fall? I could just leave them under the house until time to plant.

Thanks for the help everyone!
