Starting now, it actually tells you in your own timezone when each milestone will be reached.
So, for example, you can now see that
@poisondartfrog's swap will start trading on January 1st at 6:00pm Central time.
In the past there has been some confusion about when each event occurs. Hopefully this completely resolves any of that confusion. "
