Ken I bought 3 Plumeria in Sept '15. One was rooted and two were not. They rooted in my basement over winter. (~ 62 degrees and lights on 12 hours) Though I had problem with rot on one, I recut and it took. So when I took them outside in My, all three were doing fine.
All are in my garage now and have gone dormant. Not sure if I will leave them there or move to garage. Both areas are STUFFED.
