Is there some magic secret to having a banner selected? I've submitted banners a couple of times, but they never seem to make the cut. On the other hand, others appear to be favorites with their banners selected literally dozens of times throughout the past year.
Not to sound like 'sour grapes', but I'm guessing that there are more than enough submissions to 'spread the wealth' around a bit more.
