Right. If it can work so the person sending it back to Sally at the end is fairly close to her, that's ideal. Sometimes the last one in the Flight Path has to mail the Robin a bit further in order to get it back to the person who started it. But if they mail Flat Rate Priority then the maximum expense is already determined.
