Here is something new to me that I just discovered. I'm still trying to perfect the details of making this delicious and healthy snack. It is the time and temp of baking that I'm working on. Roasted Chick Peas. Can of Chick Peas, drained and well rinsed. Shallow pan, olive oil. You can make them really crunchy, almost burnt or what I am working on - 1/2 crunchy, 1/2 chewy. You add your salt and spices after they are baked. No limit to the possibilities. Inexpensive and healthy. As I read about this I ran across stories of people eating the whole batch while standing at the stove. Anyone here already doing this? Gene
