I picked up two orange ones last week. (Shhhhh! Don't tell Larry! Whistling ) They are very similar in color to your 2014 pic.

I really prefer to do the bottom watering where possible. Watering from the top isn't a problem outside as the 'extra' just ends up on the ground. Inside though, it has a really high probability of ending up in the carpet or the hardwood floor. I'm still trying to teach Larry that watering the plants doesn't mean everyone gets a gallon! I nearly lost my orchids when I found them sitting in an inch of water. He's not allowed to touch them anymore. Rolling on the floor laughing
