You can say that again!!! It's the part about growing lilies that I love the best. This past summer I did more mixed pollen applications and quite a few well identified open pollenated pod parent crosses just to see what I catch when I do things a little differently. And I think on these, I'll go to rectangular pots 6 inches by 12 inches and increase seed count to 50 or 60. On the open pollenated crosses, there was lots of chaff.
