Hello ayuyo...sorry I was not able to get back to this thread sooner.

Glad you have added pumice. Personally I don't add extra sand on my Adeniums. The base and roots of your plant does not look bad either.

I would have delayed fertilizer at this time, and wait for it to sprout new leaves at least so that way you know the plant is adapting and getting enough moisture it needs at root level again.
