Hey Karen love your pics. I don't have any fresh seed 3 bad years for seed hear with the flood then 2 scorching spring and summers. I do have quite a lot of older seed I could send you to pass around for others to try. I didn't have any problems with germination this year. I don't want any more seed. I'm having surgery Mon so it would be a couple weeks before I could get them mailed to you. If you want Tmail me an address. I planted several of your Mglories and Hibiscus this year. They have both bloomed very well.
