Fiwit...yes, that's the track and I do know a few that have been adopted locally. They have the best eyes in the world (aside from perhaps ostriches) and are so sweet to hug because they sort of collapse into you with love. That's why I don't know how to feel about the 'racing' thang..... they (along with whippets) are so love oriented, yet they love to run. Their time is the track is likely a joy for them but mossing other things. I just don't know if it is a good idea to breed them for gambling, keep them without nurture, then turn them out alone. It seems too that they have some specific physiological issues, as an adopter, how do you deal with that?
