G'day Della, will you have any of the red seedlings to enter in the Claremont show in 2 weeks?
If you like, you can send a bit of the best red pollen and I'll put it onto both parents and/or others and send you the seeds, or keep it for yourself for next year. You could also ask Doug for a bulb of Joy Hawley and use your stored pollen on it next season.Brian and Doug have the same gene pool as me, do you know if they have bred for reds?

''Congratulations! The color red is hard to obtain with Div. VI. Sometimes I think it's more accidental than intentional but when it appears, it's always the biggest, most surprising event of the year''.

GEEZ, Lorn, let me assure you that the reds that I have produced have not come about by accident. Some of us have a well thought out breeding program. Angry
