I don't do that 4 1/2 mile exercise walking route too often as it is just so darn far. But had to take advantage of the 60 degree weather. Remarkable for mid January.
I do walk with Lily often. Almost always over 2 1/2 miles. The 3 to 3 1/2 mile route is the most common.
I was really dragging bad today by the time we got home though.
