@RickM - y'all are right. I really wasn't paying that much attention when I posted. I've been reading so much about 'holiday' cactus the last few months, feeling guilty about inadvertently drowning a small but trusty tc I'd had for years, and finding a dearth of any tc or probably mislabeled cc that when I saw this thread I thought Bingo! Glad y'all caught me in my unthinking ways. Of course I'd already realized how shipping costs can really be a killer.
I have absolutely no desire to be a local authority on tc, cc, or ec, or pretty much anything. Plus, my Texas peeps in my general area (DFW) are into native perennials and that's a good thing.
