I have one like that, too. Made by Cedar Works out of recycled plastic and only one hopper. Picked up 'used' and so far birds haven't taken to it like they do my tube feeders. I like that I can set it down flat for filling without worry of it tipping over!
I'm only filling it about a quarter full until the birds get used to something NEW so as to not waste seed!
