Wonderful. Safety is never an issue, IMO.
Good for so any things. Efficient and fast and great results.

I used to keep 2 cartons of eggs: old and new. Older ones for hard cooked eggs. Easy to peel old eggs after being cooked. But with the pressure cooker, no longer an issue. No matter how many eggs you put on the steamer rack, time is the same (about 1/2 of normal.) And, because thy are steamed, even new eggs peel easily. Gene
