Bonnie.. Thank You I'm glad you like them Smiling I had a lot of nice looking flowers that year but very few of them were perfect at least for the 1st year but maybe this coming spring they may look different with branching and buds Crossing Fingers!

Tom.. Thank You 80 and sunshine here Big Grin I think all of these are on last years thread.. I'm excited to get into the Oregon pictures there stuff was amazing and some of them will be getting names this year.. (Rumor Has It) is fertile both ways and I really like it lot's of seedlings coming from it this year mixed in with Kieth's Plicata's hopefully something Wild in the bunch..

Daphne.. Thank You !!Yellows have come a long way and really compliment the darker colors in the garden.. (That's All Folks) is amazing for color and Kieth had one last year with blue Beards that was Lovey dubby excellent called (Blind Ambition) another one that comes to mind that I enjoyed this year was Joe Ghio's (Down to the Wire) really a stand out in bloom.

Rob.. LOL drooling is good Smiling but got lots of fun things to share from Oregon.

Les.. I was stunned when Plicata's started blooming from that cross.. one of the great things about our database here is when you look at the plant in it you get the parentage highlighted and any children that may have come from it, so we are able to trace back these along ways by clicking on the link. (First Avenue is a combination of a lot of plants one of them being (Poem Of Ecstasy) the pod parent of it (Merry Madigal) came from (Stepping Out) a plicata and somehow I hit the right combinations of genes which gave me the plicata's .. I am hoping to cross some Plicatas onto First Avenue Shrug! wondering if I can get some more out of it. It may lead to something new or nothing but I like to find surprises in the Garden Smiling

Jane.. Thank You !! They were favorites !! really neat colors in the garden on those 2.

Liz.. Thank You that may be a possibility one day but time restraints make it impossible to do at this time.. I could hardly keep up with the weeds and maintenance this year let alone trying to dig and ship all over the country Smiling and get them to people on time.. but hoping to slow down some of my other projects in the coming years and maybe in the future if I can get some good plants that people want I may do something like a small website Smiling
