I've been mulling this over... I dropped the ball in not posting instructions sooner or encouraging people (including myself!) to get their seeds up on the list. My apologies for that!
Let's take the weekend to get our lists in shape and make sure everybody knows how to sign up and list seeds. Under "Tools & Apps" at the very top of the page, choose "Seed Swaps" from the pull-down menu. Then watch Dave's excellent video tutorial

I need to do some cleaning and packing and sorting, and then my list will be longer. Since it looks as though others may be in the same place, a couple extra days may help all around.
Using your swap list (where you enter seeds), the tradelist (where you look for and request seeds,), AND your wishlist (where you keep track of what you like) is the way to make the most of the swap tool, so let's get at it!
As seeds are added, you'll be able to look them up easily by clicking the hyperlink if the offer is for something in the database. If you see something you want, add it to your wishlist -- items with the most stars will be at the top of your list, and you can find them quickly once trading starts.
Even if you are not listing seeds using the tool, please SIGN UP here:

You can build & manage your PRIMARY swap list via the link at the bottom of the main page (link above). Any time you join a swap (this one or another!), you can "enable" seeds for a swap by clicking the check box to turn it green.
As they say in culinary school,
If it's not green, it won't be seen!
Our NEW START TIME is 7 pm MONDAY Jan 23.
To adjust for a later start, I'll increase the "multiplier" to 2. That means 2 tickets at 7 pm Monday, 4 on Tuesday, etc. The numbers will look like this: 2+4+6+8+10+12+14 = 56 "dibs" in the first week of trading... +16+18= 34 more "dibs" added the following Monday & Tuesday nights... and then I'll increase the multiplier to some insane number like 35 for Wednesday and Thursday, so even the latest latecomer signing up before 7 pm Wednesday can get in 105 dibs (the set "max" number).
