just a quick look at Hazzard's Seeds, where I often place an order around this time, shows me I could do

Gypsy sweet pepper (hyb) $2 packet = 16-17 seeds
Carmen sweet pepper (hyb) $2 packet = 10-11 seeds

I think I have enough to skate by for personal use this spring, so I won't order bulk unless there's interest -- and that's why I'd charge for them. Thanks for understanding that. :-)

editing to add, Fedco has slightly more expensive seeds for Carmen, but they are organic. Does that make a difference to anybody? (I figure it's more the way I grow the plant than the way the seed is produced, in terms of "healthy" food, although it's nice to support organic practices in general.) I'm not sure we have enough lead-time to get Fedco before the swap, but it would probably work. And I just saw that shipping from Fedco is FREE... so, actually, you'd get a couple more seeds per packet (13 for $2 on Carmen).
We're all learners, doers, teachers.
