Stilt grass is nasty stuff. It is supposed to be an annual, but it has a perennial-like ability to persist in lawns in my neighborhood. I gave up on eradicating it from the woods near my house, but I'm determined to keep it from my yard and am trying to keep my daughter's yard free of it as well because her property borders a wooded area with a creek.
