I agree Goat cheese smells like goat... ugh! I don't like feta either, nasty stuff, first time I tasted it I couldn't swallow it, I spit it out. 😝😝

James, I used 6 chicken thighs, season and brown in oil and remove, saute 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves minced garlic, add 1 or 2 chopped peppers, red, green, yellow, what ever color you have, 2 jalapenos, 2 small cans chopped green chili peppers, spices are Mexican oregano, cumin, marjoram, dried cilantro, cayenne, and a jar of chunky hot salsa, and some water, bring to a boil and return chicken, cook on low heat for about 45minute to an hour, depending on the size of the thighs.. Good over rice or egg noodles, enough for 2 or 3 meals, depending on serving size.
