Todays lunch: something simple and easy (In my kitchen.) Empty 8" pan on med-hi. Roasted 2 spices: (Savory Spice Shop) Renaissance Gardens blend (probably my favorite single spice for eggs) and the exotic but subtle Khmeli Suneli. Then bloomed them in red palm oil. 4 large eggs on Med heat. Served with some smoked apple wood sea salt. I rate it an A+. Gene
