I have mentioned this before but I believe it warrants repeating. 100% pure and natural tomato powder. No salt, no sugar, no dyes, no preservatives. Bright, fresh taste. Long shelf life - I keep mine in the refrigerator. Mix it with water to make: tomato paste, tomato sauce, tomato juice. Add your own spices and a bit of salt and turn it into pasta sauce. Use only the amount you need at that moment. No dealing with how to keep a half can of sauce that is left over. It does indeed taste great. Gene
