Leslie I was going to wintersow daylilies also but waited too long. I decided to start them indoors so that they sprout before April. They are taking longer than normal but it's a bit chilly in the room they are in so that might explain it.
Colleen, yes just leave them alone if nothing has sprouted. Some perennials may not sprout until next Spring if they didn't get enough cold cycles. I checked my jugs this past weekend & nothing was up. But I'm not expecting to see any sprouts until April/May. I'm actually hoping some don't sprout until next year. If they all sprout I don't know where I'd plant everything!
