It is 8 x 16. I bought it from amazon 2 yrs ago, brand name was Monticello. It is a kit, and comes in different lengths to suit your needs, plus you can add additional 4 foot sections on if you like at a later time. It has 3 top vents, but did not come with a fan.
I did not have the know-how to build my own, so I was looking for something that was not an eyesore and would hold up over time. It seems quite durable and I think with different arrangement of shelving I'd have enough space. It was not difficult to put together, but did take longer than the 'weekend' advertised (but maybe this was because I did it mostly by myself?).
