How about an "Everything Else" topic? We’ve discussed music a time of two and I was rather curious about something related. People’s musical tastes are different across the board. But I’m wondering what your favorite musical instrument is. I played in school band and was exposed to the usual stuff, brass, woodwinds, percussion, but musical instruments go way beyond that. So, what’s your favorite or favorites? I suppose have a somewhat oddball taste. I like banjos (bluegrass) and guitars (R&B, rock), piano in certain genre's, pipe organs and calliopes too, but I like some other not-so-common strummed instruments as well. Here's a few that I dug out of my saved list.

Irish Bouzouki, Karl Nesbitt Battle of Aughrim:

How about Irish Reels? Joseph Sobol on an Irish Cittern:

Maybe a little blues on a Greek Bouzouki:

Or, to go even farther, two unlikely musicians, Anders Falk and Harvinder Singh on Cittern and Sitar:

How about you?
Slava Ukraini!

The aboriginal peoples and many cultures throughout the world share a common respect for nature and the universe, and all of the life that it holds. We could learn much from them!
