I make a meatloaf with 1/2# to 1# of ground beef, soaked bulgur wheat and a veg medley of onions, chopped carrot, chopped tomato/green pepper/zucchini (the veg medley nuked until slightly soft) and 1 egg. I make a topping out of equal parts ketchup/grated horseradish/Worcestershire sauce. DH's fave.
