Tonight's scrambled eggs. Empty 8" non-stick pan on med. high. Add my blend I call CFH = equal parts of 3 powders: coriander, fennel, mild red hatch peppers. Roast for 1-2 minutes. Add butter. Bloom for another 1-2 minutes. Med. Heat. Add eggs and sprinkle with (Mother Earth dehydrated) leeks and mixed bell peppers and shredded Italian cheese. Serve with Alder smoked sea salt. DELICIOUS. I rate it as WOW. It is still eggs but with layers of other flavors. Flavors that last on your palate. Up there in my list of the best eggs I have ever had. Gene
