We have used CEASE on other crops for rust prevention and for control of outbreaks. Diligence is key to control once an outbreak occurs. Knowing that these lilies came from the rust belt, and inspection revealed evidence, I was prepared to drench. I will spray every 7 days with CEASE and treat this as an outbreak. As soon as I dare remove this foliage and destroy it I will.
This is my drench.

I turned them at five minute intervals for a total of 20 minutes. I used the solution to water them in.

We experience rust on bearded Iris, roses, penstemon, and occasionally other crops. We also use CEASE in a solution including powdered milk for maintenance against powdery mildew when late summer nights become cool and foggy.

I'm in the SF Bay Area.
