In Sept of 1966 I was14 yrs old, going into the ninth grade and 7 months later, March 15th 1967, I would meet my future husband of 40 years for the first time. I feel madly in love with him. Everyone told me that I didn't know what love was. Don't you believe it. He was 19 years old and the finest thing I'd ever laid eyes on. Of course, Mama ran him off with a tongue lashing, but I never gave up. We married March 27, 1971.
And I never ate glue. But I looked like I ate everything else. At least until I saw my sweetheart. Good memories.
