Episcias, for the most part, are just like AV's.

Unfortunately, the pinker the leaves the more work they are...the really pink ones like more humidity and are grown best in a terrarium.

Your Raspberry Blush will be ok as a hanging plant. Bright light...none of that harsh AZ sun.
I've grown Alice's Aussie in a hanging basket too. You can help humidity with a pebble tray.

Very shallow root systems.
