Anna, the "experts" sometimes are transfered in from other areas and don't know our weeds, our bugs, our weather. Oh, some of us that live here don't know our weather. New bugs or weeds come from ? and if we are lucky they can look them up. Sometimes we get answers, but it's tax supported so we might as well try.
