My favorite coffee is the way my Swiss Gramma made it. This is the way I do it, because when Gramma made it, she made a ginormous pot, and I only use my little 6 cup stovetop corningware pot. I fill it not quite to the top (maybe an inch or so down) and when it is boiling, add 6 Tablespoons of coffee grounds to which you have mixed in well 1 egg. After the coffee/egg is mixed, put in the boiling water, take off the heat, give it a couple of swishes with a spoon, and let it set for awhile. When I pour into the cup, I usually strain it through a tea strainer. Yum............it will NEVER taste like road tar
