For me, the legs are weak but the upper body is doing OK so far.

I sometimes sit down to shovel, rake or hoe, but the pick and the mattock need 'stand and SWING" action.

For some reason, I like cultivating the soil more than cultivating plants - maybe because soil tolerates neglect better, and seems likea more lasting accomplishment.

But now that I've built enough raised beds that the plants take a lot of my time, I feel cheated because I don't have enough time for "pick and mattock, shovel and hoe".
