To all those who shared their photos and daylilies, thank you. I now have more on my extensive list and will have fun marking them off as I can acquire one. The best thing about all of these photos is that they look like flowers actually growing in a garden, some in shade and cooler as well as those in sun with a warm tone, but they all look REAL. Sometime it might be fun to see if anyone has a flower in their garden that actually looks like the hybridizer's photo. I am now handicapped after my cataract surgery because my new lenses don't block UV light. As is always the case but especially now, my camera and I don't always see the same colors. (I have a fuzzy pure red sweater that I got before the surgery, now afterwards, when I walk outside it is a remarkable magenta color. A pair of sage green pants now look bluish gray when I walk outside. Who knew?) Thanks to those who put in clumps as well. It is a very different look than a single flower especially those with markings. Baby Boomer wound up on my list just because of the clump photo by Ditchlily. One frustrating thing was those of you who posted some of your seedlings, I don't know how to get some of those beautiful creations. A fun thread would be a follow up on posted seedlings and those seedlings now registered with their new names (and a way of purchasing these new beauties!)
