OK, your plant just looks so different than all of mine. Humidity is not a problem here (of course). I just try to keep the potting soil constantly moist (100% peat works fine for me so far), but sometimes the media does dry out before watering. My Nepenthes ventricosa 'Rosea' is not a bog plant, at least I don't think it is, so I have never tried to grow them as one. It is interesting that you do successfully.
