IMHO, I wouldn't waste my precious time with redoing lables every year. I hardly have time for the good stuff
I buy just the stainless steel plates and use my endless supply of silver uniform hangers cut to size. I use the short ones in the front and the taller ones in the back. Still have lots more to make. It is so much easier for those of us that need to know what's what.
The sooner you start the better. It is so much harder to catch up.
